WHAT IS A VIRTUAL FARMERS' MARKET?
A Virtual Farmers' Market Club is a group of neighbors, friends, family, and co-workers who collectively order their food for delivery to a local pre-determined place and time. The Foodshed Alliance Virtual Farmers' Market Club allows you to purchase sustainable farm - fresh food weekly and/or bi-weekly , at affordable prices.
By combining your food needs with those of other like-minded people, you can purchase farm-fresh, sustainable - grown foods without a trip to the farm.

In addition to being able to access and purchase high quality natural foods and products and realize a cost savings resulting from buying directly from the farms, there are many reasons to join a Virtual Farmers' Market Club.

- Easily place your order on-line.
- Pick up your food at your club's designated time and host location.
- Conveniently pay at pick up(Cash or Check).
- Bring a cooler and canvas bags to pick up your order.
- Enjoy your quality products and savings.

The total cost of your order is an approximation. All weights and final prices will be confirmed at pick-up.

What does it cost?
Virtual Farmers' Market members pay a $30.00 annual family membership fee to join the Foodshed Alliance. This membership includes special discounts to Foodshed classes and events and to activities.
A nominal fee of $6.00 is added to each order. This helps to offset delivery expenses (vehicle expenses, staff, on-line ordering system and overhead).
Opting Out - You may opt out of the Virtual Farmers' Market at anytime, as long as you do not have a current order placed. There is no penalty.

HOST A VIRTUAL FARMERS' MAKET CLUB
Setting up a Virtual Farmers' Market Club is simple. Find a few friends, family members, neighbors, or co-workers that are interested in purchasing local, healthy foods.. Pick a convenient host location for delivery and we'll deliver right to the doorstep. We will arrange the delivery time and date with your host..
- Hosts are eligible for a 5% credit towards their next order based on the club's total order each week.
- A minimum $500.00 club order is required (after 6 months).
- A minimum of 10 families is recommended to help you reach the $500.00 club minimum.
- Host (or substitute) must be present at the time of delivery.
- Host are responsible for notifying the Foodshed within 24 hours, if any incorrect items have been received, any shorted items or, any unsatisfactory products were received.
- It will be the host responsibility to collect payments and forward to Foodshed Alliance within 48 hours.
